We are Eminence Home & Community Care Services, a registered disability services provider offering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

All our services are delivered with the vision of helping the NDIS participants broaden their horizons and lead autonomous life. We tailor all our support services with due consideration to your needs and ensure that nothing compromises your well-being.

We take pride in the quality of services we deliver and have innovation at the core of our working methodology. We innovate and always go the extra mile to help the participants lead a dignified and independent life. We work with a desire to empower all the NDIS participants and help them lead a safe and growth-oriented life. Our support workers don’t believe in compromises of any kind when it comes to the safety and satisfaction of the participants. So, we will be the catalysts to your growth and ensure that no external factors come between you and your desired lifestyle.

Vision

Build the company’s name/ recognition within the community through community outreach projects; grow social media following; maintain profit; open a second office in rural and remote areas; participate in community donations for the disengaged and disadvantaged elderly and children.

Mission

The goals for the next 6 months are to: build awareness of the company, engage with 5-8 participants, build a rapport with other NDIS agencies, and focus on team building and leadership goals for team members whilst increasing community outreach.
