Community Nursing Care

We offer community nursing care services for participants in need of specialised medical care. It includes taking care of your basic medical requirements, but note that it doesn’t cover the treatment of any injuries or illnesses. We assist, educate and manage long term and short feeds eg. Nasogastric feeding tube (NGT) Nasojejunal feeding (NJ) and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG). We also do continence assessment, management and education.

Our community nursing-care service covers:

  • Routine nursing care for recuperating patients.
  • Wound care and management.
  • Mobility and transfer assistance.
  • Occasional service of a visiting nurse.
  • Medication administration and supervision.
  • Assistance with medication setup.
  • Overnight nursing care.
  • Assistance in everyday activities like showering, brushing, etc.

An experienced and qualified nurse will be assigned to deliver this service to ensure your safety.
